New York-based YouTuber, Street Fighter lover, and figurine collector, BornFree, has an interesting hypothesis explaining why he believes that Oro will be in Street Fighter 5.
As an avid collector of Street Fighter statues and the like, BornFree's argument for Oro is rooted in toy manufacturer Kidrobot's specific choices in the characters they've featured in their Street Fighter line.
BornFree uses his insight as a collector to deduce that, based on the way Capcom has allowed Kidrobot to produce specific character figurines such as Charlie, that Oro is likely part of the cast of SF5.
He uses similar methods to deduce that Alex will almost certainly be in the game. You can see his argument in the video after the jump.
